Web3 project in the area of digital passport (Blockchain/NFT). Strategic advice on the
development of the target operating model. Coordination with various stakeholders on the
customer and vendor side. Operational management of the project and handover to the line
management. Rollout of the digital passport to the world's leading luxury industry brands.
Provider selection (BPO for >40 legal
entities; Volume > 40. Mio.; Automotive): Support in negotiating a framework
